The International Brotherhood of Boilermakers-Duplicate Health and Safety Training

This study- commissioned by the International Brotherhood of Boilermakers- examined the impact of provincial and industry requirements that often force workers in the boilermaker trade to take the same health and safety training on multiple occasions.  The lack of mutual recognition agreements across provinces causes a substantial waste of training resources that could be more effectively deployed.
