Ken Delaney

Ken Delaney was the Managing Director and a Partner at Prism Economics and Analysis until 2022. He is an accomplished management, policy and labour relations professional with a consulting practice that includes acting as the Executive Director of the Canadian Skills Training and Employment Coalition (CSTEC); providing strategic advisory services to the Automotive Policy Research Centre; advising labour unions on matters related to corporate restructurings, pensions, or collective bargaining; and other assignments related to industry analysis, labour markets or public policy. Ken Delaney’s diverse work history includes holding senior positions in the United Steelworkers, managing a private equity fund that invested in mid-sized Ontario businesses, and advising the Alberta Government on its approach to support workers and communities impacted by the retirements of coal fired power plants. Ken has undergraduate degrees in Economics and in Business Administration from the University of Windsor, and a graduate degree in Industrial Relations from Wayne State University in Detroit.
