Bill Empey

Bill Empey is a founding Partner at Prism Economics and Analysis. Mr. Empey is a founder of Prism Economic and Analysis, and previously was Managing Director of the firm. He has held executive positions at mid-sized and large consulting firms for over 20 years. Mr. Empey has secured faculty appointments at two Ontario universities, where has has taught economics courses. He has also designed and delivered economics courses for the Human Resources Professionals Association of Ontario (HRPAO). Mr. Empey holds a Ph.D. in Economics (Boston College) with a specialization in econometric analysis, as well as a MA in Economics from Concordia University.
